Executive Director of the Georgia Affordable Housing Coalition, a trade association of developers, owners and investors of affordable housing across the state, Ms. Mercer has worked in the housing and community development industry for over 19 years, with development experience in emergency and transitional housing, single- family and multifamily development. A graduate of Rhode Island College and the University of Glasgow, Scotland, Ms. Mercer previously served as the Senior Vice President for Real Estate Development at Atlanta Housing Authority. Prior to joining AHA, Ms. Mercer was with John Wieland Homes of Atlanta.
