The Georgia Affordable Housing Coalition holds two major meeting events annually. A Members Only Annual meeting held in Atlanta in the Fall, and a much larger Affordable Housing Conference and Trade Showthat is open to members and non-members, occurs every Spring.

Members Only Annual Meeting

The meeting held in Atlanta in the Fall, provides a day long forum of updates, panels and networking for members of the Coalition. This year the Annual Members Meeting will be held Monday, 24th September at Truist Park, Atlanta. Registration will be available in June 15. Membership dues must be current to register. If you have questions about your membership status, contact Maureen Mercer at mmercer@gahcoalition.org.

The meeting is free of charge and open to all members of the Coalition.

Georgia Affordable Housing Coalition Annual Conference and Trade Show

The Conference is invaluable for anyone interested in Georgia's affordable housing industry. It has drawn over 700 attendees including developers and owners of affordable housing, managers of affordable housing properties, lenders, syndicators, state and local housing agency staff, real estate attorneys and accountants. The next Annual Conference and Trade Show is scheduled for Spring 2023.
