2/5/2021 DCA RFP for Physical Site Inspection Services PHYSICAL SITE INSPECTION RFP The Georgia Housing and Finance Authority (the "Authority" or "GHFA") seeks to procure the services of a contractor (“Contractor”) for the provision of physical site inspection services for compliance with the rules and regulations of GHFA’s various multifamily affordable housing programs. The programs of GHFA are administered by the Georgia Department of Community Affairs (“DCA”), a legislatively created executive branch of the State government.
DCA’s Office of Portfolio Management monitors housing projects that are part of GHFA’s various multifamily affordable housing programs for compliance with federal regulations. As part of the monitoring process, DCA periodically conducts physical site inspections for each project for compliance with all applicable program rules and regulations. DCA has undertaken the responsibility of engaging a Contractor to conduct the physical site inspections on DCA’s behalf. The Georgia Department of Community Affairs will be accepting Preliminary Applications for its Housing Choice Voucher Program (Section 8) beginning at 12:01 AM on Monday, February 1, 2016 until Sunday, February 7, 2016 at 11:59 PM. Preliminary applications are being accepted for all 149 counties that are served. Preliminary Applications will only be accepted electronically through the DCA system. 1/4/2016 Atlanta Housing Authority, RFP for PBRA, Open Solicitation through 12/31/16 Atlanta Housing Authority has announced an Open Solicitation for PBRA. Under this Request for Proposals (“RFP”), owners or developers of proposed new multifamily rental construction, or multifamily properties requiring Substantial Rehabilitation with Existing Housing Units within AHA’s jurisdiction -- the City of Atlanta and ten miles beyond city limits -- who are qualified and interested in receiving PBRA for a percentage of their rental units must submit their proposal on or before 5:00 P.M. on December 30, 2016.
