The Georgia Affordable Housing Coalition holds two major meeting events annually. A Members Only Annual meeting, held in Atlanta in the Spring, provides a day long forum of updates, panels and networking for members of the Coalition. A much larger Affordable Housing Conference occurs every Fall.

The Fall conference is open to members and non-members alike, with members receiving a registration discount. The conference is broken down into three tracks. Attendees can choose from the Development Track, Compliance Basics track or Advanced Compliance track. Each track is hosted by experts in the field of affordable housing, with topics ranging from national and regional trends to tax-exempt bonds. Training for the Compliance Basics track is provided by the Georgia Department of Community Affairs. The Advanced Compliance track features one and one-half days of training from a recognized compliance expert, and most years, the Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP) training and examination is offered.

The Fall Conference is invaluable for anyone interested in Georgia's affordable housing industry. It has drawn over 400 attendees including developers and owners of affordable housing, managers of affordable housing properties, lenders, syndicators, state and local housing agency staff, real estate attorneys and accountants.
