Spaces for exhibitors are available on a first come, first served basis. Charge for a table is $500. Premium tables
can be reserved for $750. Additional $50 fee for electricity. See the sample floor plan below (which is subject to change). To make a
reservation, please complete this form and return to GAHC with your payment to Georgia Affordable Housing Coalition, PO Box 7511, Atlanta,
GA 30357-0511. Once your registration and payment is received, GAHC will send you a confirmation and exhibitor packet.
Closing date to register online for a booth is February 20th, subject to availability. If booths are still available after February 20th, you can register by calling Maureen Mercer on 404 509 7177.
Register prior to February 20th to ensure firm name gets printed in program; trade show participants who register after February 20th are not guaranteed to have their names on signage.
Exhibitor set-up will be from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm on March 20. The hotel will accept delivery of trade show materials no earlier than March 17th, 2018. Be sure to include
GA Affordable Housing Coalition Trade Show on your mailing label.
Exhibitors must break down after the show.
